Terms and Conditions

Fullhouse Kitchen Company Limited (hereinafter ‘thecompany’, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’) provides the content and services on this FullhouseWorld eShop website (hereinafter ‘eShop’). By accessing and purchasing in theeShop website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agreedto be bound by these terms and conditions as amended from time to time at oursole discretion.

 

1.    Order Verification

After receiving your order, we will check the informationyou provide for validity. We also verify the pricing, quantity and currentstock status of the purchased products. We reserve the right to decline anyorder submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased by you, withoutgiving any reason. In the event that a product is out of stock, you willreceive notification of order cancellation.

 

2.    Payment

After customers completed order details confirmation, thepayment procedures will be processed in Paypal Online Payment Service and wewill not capture user's credit card information in this process. Customers willonly be charged when the order is successfully accepted.

 

 3. Order Shipping

After receiving your order, delivery would normallybe made within 7 to 10 working days from the date of order, except thepre-ordered items. For each order, we will send out all products in one batchto one location, even the order contains both in stocks items and pre-ordereditems. Once customers confirmed the order, customer is not allowed to split theorder or delivery.

 

4. Delivery Fee

For each order, we charge HK$30 for the first kg and HK$6for each 0.5 kg afterward. Free delivery for order over HK$300 (after deducingdiscount).

 

5. Self Pick-up / Delivery

 

5.1   Pick-up at S.F.ExpressService Centre or S.F. Store

5.1.1   S.F.Express will send you an SMS to notify you for order pick-up.

5.1.2 For S.F. Expressorder, please enter your waybill number (tracking code in shipping confirmationemail) on  S.F.Express website to track and trace your order delivery status. If you have anyfurther enquiries, please contact S.F. Express customer service hotline at(852) 2730 0273.

5.1.3   If customers do not collect theproducts within the specific period provided by S.F. Express, the products will return to Fullhouse Plus retail shop atPlaza Hollywood in Diamond Hill, a storage fee of HK$20 per product per day may be charged and customersshould collect the products at Fullhouse Plus retail shop. The order will be automatically cancelled and uncollectedproduct will be discharged accordingly after one month and no refund will bemade.

 

5.2   S.F. Express -Office / Home Delivery

5.2.1 S.F.Express will send you an SMS/call you to notify you for order delivery.

5.2.2 For S.F. Express order, please enter your waybill number (tracking code inshipping confirmation email) on S.F.Expresswebsite to track and traceyour order delivery status. If you have any further enquiries, please contactS.F. Express customer service hotline at (852) 2730 0273.

5.2.3 If customers do not collect the products within the specific periodprovided by S.F. Express, the products willreturn to S.F. Express, a storage fee per product per day may be charged.

 

6. Not for resell

All products sold at eShop are for end-users only. Allillegal purpose is prohibited. If we have any suspicion on the usage for thepurchased items, Fullhouse Kitchen Company Limitied reserves the right tocancel the transaction. 

 

7. No refund,no return or exchange of product

All items sold are non-refundable and non-returnableafter the completion of payment procedures. No exchange for all accessories andconsumables; for other products, please contact us within 24 hours, if theproduct is sent wrongly or fails to meet manufacturer's standards according toour opinion. Personal reason, e.g. color difference, change of preference,product not applicable etc…for exchange or return of product is not accepted. Customersmust verify all the information, including product model, specification andprice carefully before placing order. In case of dispute, Fullhouse Kitchen Company Limited reservesthe right for final decision.

 

In case there is any inconsistency or conflict betweenEnglish and Chinese version of this terms and conditions, the English versionshall prevail.
